Sign in to your ATP Shop account and open Support. Describe what you were trying to do, what happened and which screen was involved. Include the relevant record name if it helps, but do not send card numbers, account passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.
For a feature idea
Use the platform’s feature-request system to describe the problem you want to solve and the workflow you would prefer. Requests can be reviewed and given a status. Suggesting a feature does not commit ATP Shop to a delivery date.
For subscription questions
Review Account & billing for your trial period, subscription and renewal controls. Software subscription billing is separate from payments your repair customers make through your own Square account.
For customers of a repair business
If you are asking about vehicle work, an appointment or a repair invoice, contact the repair business directly through its shared contact details or customer portal. ATP Shop supplies the software; the repair business supplies the service.
