The service and your account
ATP Shop is online business-management software for mobile mechanic businesses. These terms apply when you create an account or use the service. You must be an adult authorized to act for your business, provide accurate account information and protect your login. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people whose information you enter. Contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
One-month free trial
A new business receives one calendar month of trial access starting when its workspace is successfully provisioned. No card is required to start the trial. A trial alone does not authorize a payment. If you do not have an active paid period or approved complimentary access when the trial ends, access to business-management functions may be restricted.
Subscriptions and renewal
The monthly plan is US $19.95 per month. The annual plan is US $191.52 per year, billed as a single annual amount, saving 20% compared with twelve monthly payments. Recurring charges require your explicit authorization through the billing workflow and are processed by Square. Your chosen plan renews at its billing interval until canceled. Any applicable taxes or other amounts must be disclosed before you authorize payment. We will notify you of a subscription price change before it affects a future renewal.
Cancellation and billing questions
You can request cancellation of future renewal through Account & billing. Cancellation is effective when confirmed by Square, and access continues through the remaining trial or verified paid period unless the account is suspended for abuse. Cancellation does not itself reverse a completed charge. Contact repairs@autotechpete.com promptly about an incorrect charge or refund request; we review the circumstances and applicable requirements. Your non-waivable rights under applicable law are unaffected.
Your repair business and customer payments
ATP Shop does not provide vehicle repairs or act as the merchant for your repair services. You are responsible for your estimates, authorizations, repair work, prices, taxes, scheduling, customer disputes and legal obligations. Your business’s Square connection and repair payments are separate from the ATP Shop subscription. Square and other third-party fees and terms apply separately. Reports, service times and payment records depend on your inputs and integrations; verify them before relying on them.
Your data and customer communications
You retain rights to the business content you submit. You authorize us to host, process and transmit that content as needed to provide, maintain and support the service. Upload only information you are entitled to use. Obtain any required permissions for customer messages, photos, booking records and employee information. Shared document links should be treated as private. The privacy policy explains how service data is handled.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful conduct, spam, harassment, unauthorized access or attempts to expose another business’s data. Do not upload malicious files or unnecessarily sensitive information such as full card numbers, government identifiers or medical records. We may limit or suspend accounts to protect the service, investigate abuse, address nonpayment or comply with law. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.
Availability, integrations and records
Internet access is required. Maintenance, provider outages and other disruptions can affect availability. We do not promise uninterrupted service, a particular business result or that every third-party integration will always be available. Keep appropriate copies or exports of important records and request assistance before ending your account. The service is not a substitute for accounting, payroll, tax, legal advice or professional repair procedures.
Closing an account and support
Contact repairs@autotechpete.com or use account support for account closure, data export or deletion assistance. Requests may require identity and ownership verification. Data needed for billing, security, dispute resolution, backups or legal obligations may be retained as described in the privacy policy. We do not promise immediate deletion from all backup copies.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or your account email before they take effect, where required. The effective date identifies the current version. Contact AutoTechPete LLC at repairs@autotechpete.com with questions.
