Yes. The workflow includes customer service locations, travel fees, dispatch stages, on-site job notes and photos, and booking requests you approve before a visit.
What happens after the free month?
Choose $19.95 per month or $191.52 billed annually. The annual plan saves 20% compared with twelve monthly payments. If you authorize recurring billing through Square, your selected plan renews automatically.
Can customers book without seeing a repair price?
Yes. Customers choose a service or describe a problem and request a time. You review the request and finish the estimate before sending a price for approval.
Can I take deposits or partial payments?
Yes. Invoices track payments and the remaining balance. Your business needs its own Square connection to accept payments through Square; payment processing fees are separate from the ATP Shop subscription.
Can customers message me and see their service history?
Yes. They can create a login from a private estimate or invoice link and access the records shared with them, plus direct messages to your business.
Do I need to install a desktop program?
No. ATP Shop runs in a web browser and adapts to smaller screens. An internet connection is required to load and save business data.
How do I cancel?
You can request cancellation from your ATP Shop billing page. Square confirms when recurring billing stops. Your workspace stays available through the remaining trial or verified paid period.
